- The Day Safari operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the Night Safari is available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check the official website for the daily opening hours before your visit.

Free Shuttle Bus Information:
- A free shuttle bus service is available only to international visitors (excluding Seadragon and Jungle Hopper Tickets) and is not available to domestic Indonesian visitors.
- Reservations must be made and confirmed with the Reservation Team at least one day before your visit. Same-day bookings and next-day visit bookings made after 7:00 PM Bali Time are not eligible for the free shuttle service.
